Join Kush Arora at the 2019 Dash Through the Dirt 5K, 10K, & Half, assisting wounded active-duty and veteran military. The race will start at the Carderock Recreation Area at the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Towpath in Potomac, Maryland. The race takes place on Sunday June 9, 2019 with the half-marathon beginning at 7:30 AM, the 10K starting at 7:45 AM, and the 5K getting started at 8:00 AM.
