Beuchert’s Saloon is a neighborhood restaurant and bar serving up a ‘farm American’ dining experience in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC. Ingredients are sourced from local farms and co-ops in the area and translated into playful American fare with a creative twist.
The original Beuchert’s Saloon was founded in this very same location in 1880. The establishment survived Prohibition as a speakeasy. We pay homage the rich history of this space and its previous owners in bringing you Beuchert's No. 2.
