Our meats are humanely raised and mostly local. Fish & Shellfish are sustainable. We support a net work of local farms, coops of family owned farms & local farmer's markets. We features craft spirits, house infused spirits, local tap beers, and family owned and small wineries, almost exclusively from Italy.
