Join us Father's Day weekend for a great cardio workout and learn some basic, yet realistic, self-defense techniques all in one. Bring your Dad or Father figure to have a great bonding time together. If you're a Father who wishes to work out without the kids, this event is for you too. If you are a Dad, and you want to work out with your child, we have you covered as well. Mothers, this is a great fathers day gift for the special men in your life! A water bottle is included in the registration. See you there!
