Northern Italy has perfected enduring chilly weather and using the best that it has to offer to form delicious and delectable creations.
Event Details
As we embrace the beginning of our own cold weather season here in Georgetown, we have picked some of our favorite dishes from various regions, emphasizing the best seasonal ingredients, to create a full menu of Northern Italian specialties. We will start off in Piemonte with Vitello Tonnato, then head to Emiglia Romagna for Tagliatelle with braised Pork Rib Ragu, with our final stop in Veneto for a modern take on the world famous Tiramisu! You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions. Each Dinner at the Chef's Table is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the things we value here at Via Umbria: great food, great wine, great people!

All guests sit communally at one table. Each course is served at the same time and our Chef will join you at every course to describe what has been prepared and to answer any questions you may have. Every seat is a seat at the chef's table.
