Our recipes are inspired by the idea of Latin Fusion cuisine; a culinary concept based on creating new recipes by combining traditional and modern culinary techniques and mixing ingredients from different countries in the Americas. We make our own dough, fresh daily, with 100% natural ingredients. We also use no lard so our dough is the only vegan dough around!
We have a variety of savory empanadas to choose from such as our carne, chicken pesto, or the jamon y queso. We also have seafood and veggie empanadas and a variety if dipping sauces like salsa verde, aji, chimi, and pimenton.
