Oats Holy Roller is the musical project of poet and existential songwriter Joe Murray Myers. Often presenting from a state of rumination, his music serves to subconsciously process the complexities in relationship between the heart and mind, postulate ideas of sexuality and authenticity and examine the contradictory nature of human behavior. Myers is a Western NY based musician and is currently finishing a collaborative record of songs entitled Fear Memorial Park expected early in 2020.
--
Six years in the making, his debut record releases later this year having been recorded in Fredonia, New York City, and his house in Webster, NY.
Being an avid music enthusiast, Travis pulls from all genres yet has a consistent feel of restlessness in his songs. He began playing shows with his high school punk band Casual Chaos, and has since branched off to playing shows with his father and other solo musicians. Known for always having an acoustic guitar in hand, Travis spins intimate stories with memorable melodies to captivate his listeners. Whether at your local coffee shop, or on a back porch, Travis is an artist you don’t want to miss.
