Uprising is a bakery and coffee retail establishment located in the Shaw neighborhood of DC. Uprising offers a wide variety of specialty in-house scratch baked gourmet Muffins, brewed coffee and tea, espresso beverages and smoothies along with fresh grab-and-go sandwiches on artisan breads, salads, yogurt parfaits and cold beverages.

Uprising offers an unrivaled variety of muffin flavors featuring locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Each flavor consists of ten fresh ingredients or less, no artificial flavors, food coloring or unpronounceable preservatives.
