Wear your comfy workout gear, grab some water to stay hydrated, bring the whole family (even your neighbors are invitred!), and a mat/towel for floor moves.
We will meet at Laurel Hill Park - Central Green. The address is 8780 Lorton Road (intersection of Workhouse Road) - you can see the massive shelters from the main road.
All children under 6 must be secured in their stroller for the full duration of class. 6+ may join us, but must stay within arms reach of parent and may not exercise with the group. Thank you for keeping your littles ones and clients safe.
